High on the ridge above the town of Tuxedo, North Carolina, High Valley Farm sits in a small bowl at the top of Mt. Olive. At an elevation of 2,976 feet, the climate is definitely different from areas just down the mountain. Up here cooling breezes and mild temperatures produce the ideal conditions for our heirloom vegetables and flowers.
